1st PLUG SERVICES operates 1stplug. We process account identity, order selections and service instructions, assigned numbers, verification messages, wallet activity, security events, and support communications.

Local delivery
Single-use credentials and reusable files are encrypted at rest. Reusable file versions remain attached to each buyer’s purchase and are accessible only to that buyer. Single-use credentials can be revealed for 30 days after delivery.

Sensitive order data
Assigned numbers and message contents are encrypted at rest. Verification messages are retained only for the configured operational period and are then purged.

Service providers
Number, bank, blockchain, hosting, and email providers process limited data required to complete their part of a transaction. We do not sell customer credentials or data.

Your choices
Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Financial and security records may be retained when law or fraud prevention requires it.
